Description: Ten LEDs arranged in a circle. Pressing the switch turns one LED on in turn to simulate a roulette ball spinning in the wheel. A slowdown circuit gradually brings the ball to a stop. The circuit uses the versatile 4017 IC and a voltage controlled oscillator circuit.
