Description: The MLP120 Flashing Lights is an excellent basic soldering kit. It's a very simple circuit consisting of two transistors, two electrolytic capacitors, two LEDs, and four resistors. When a 9V battery is connected to the circuit the transistors start to switch on and off in turn causing the LEDs to emit pulses of light. The circuit oscillates causing the LEDs to alternate blinking.
