Description: The CS-M22326 is a 2 phase stepper motor with 2.6 N.m (369 oz-in) holding torque and integrated with a 1,000 line (4,000 counts/revolution) differential ended rotary encoder. Build with high quality materials including bearings and shaft made by Japanese manufacturers, this closed loop stepper motor can be adopted in many industrial applications with excellence performance such as high precision, low motor heating, and low vibration.
When driven by Leadshine CS-D508, CS-D1008, CS1-D503S or CS1-D507S Closed Loop Stepper drives, the position loop between the motor and drive is fully closed. Therefore, loss of steps which limits adoption of stepper systems is totally eliminated. Because there is no torque resolution needed like in open loop stepper systems, high-speed performance can be improved up to 30% over open loop stepper systems. Hybrid stepper systems are also ideal to replace brush-less servo systems in CNC or machining operations as they provide huge starting and low speed torque.
